Medicalia L-retinol smoothing cream is a cream for those who want to work actively with the skin at night. It contains both Medicalia's patented Micro-Retinol®, Glycol acid and lactic acid for an optimal re-surfacing and lightening of the skin. This is a super cream for those of you who have a lot of sun damage on your skin that you want to work on.
