Key ingredients:

• Hyaluronic Acid – binds 10 times its own weight in water and therefore has a moisturizing and plumping effect. Increases the penetration of other active ingredients and subsequent products.
• Probiotics – this serum contains 1 million inactivated Lactobacillus bacteria per ml (BIOME+ Level 3) but also an extract of lysed (crushed) bacterial cells (BIOME+ Level 2). These probiotic extracts can send signals to skin cells. The effect of the cell communication is an improvement in barrier function and reduced transepidermal water loss.
• Prebiotic mix – Esse's own prebiotic mix includes Inulin, Alpha-glucan Oligosaccharides and Yacon root extract, to favor the growth of healthy skin microbes.
• Myrothamnus Extract – this extract from the Namibian Resurrection plant is very high in antioxidants, and also has a rapid moisturizing effect that lasts for 24 hours.
• Rooibos and Olive Leaf Extracts – antioxidants that protect collagen and elastin.

Use:

Use in the evening, or twice daily, on face, neck and décolleté – after cleansing and toning. Follow with a suitable moisturizer.
